Information on how to submit your abstracts will be available soon.
The abstract must not exceed 300 words. Abstracts must include the title, all coauthors, and up to 5 keywords. Registration will open from January 13, 2020 and the deadline for abstract submission is February 14, 2020. The deadline for submitting the concept paper is May 4, 2020.
In order to avoid lack of discussants and hence having many more interesting papers being submitted than can be discussed, during abstract submission you are required to name a volunteer to be a discussant during the conference. Please note that anyone can be a discussant, from a PhD student to a full professor!
The discussant that you propose will not review your own paper, but other submitted papers. Thus, you (as a submitter) can also suggest yourself or anyone you think can be a discussant in lolaHESG. Just make sure that this person is willing to register and attend the conference, and agrees to discuss a paper.”
The lolaHESG organization will aim to match the expertise of potential discussants with the contents of the accepted papers.
